Anyone using our supported living service in any supported living scheme can expect to be treated with respect as a tenant in their own home.

Our service ensures that Clients feel safe and secure in their own home and within the community, so that they can enjoy an independent active life.

Aims & Objectives

Our overall aim is to enable our Clients become as independent as possible, to achieve their set outcome identified on the support plan.

Medic2 operates in the principles of care, in accordance with the guidance ‘valuing people principles’; privacy, dignity, independence, security, rights, choice, fulfilment, outcome and diversity.

We also adhere to the principles of Personalisation and believe that the client should be at the centre of their care. We follow a person centred approach to care and support; empowering the client to take the lead role and participate as fully as possible in all decision making processes.
Working with Clients

We support and encourage our Clients to do as much as possible for themselves and what they can’t, we will support all the way through. Therefore, our Clients will have the opportunity to learn and practice independent living skills.

In addition, our Clients are supported to become part  of the community, So if they choose to access any community facilities such as educational learning, local gym, swimming club, cooking club, bowling club, disco & parties and many more. The list available is exhaustive and the activities are dependent upon your choice, however subject to a risk assessment.
